This Eastover home needed a complete renovation to update its interior and exterior. A large addition was accomplished by removing the existing roof from the main house and garage. A new, higher pitched roof allowed for bedrooms, sitting rooms, and a large play room to be added without taking any space from the lot. A dramatic foyer with two sweeping stairs connects the three levels of the home.
